my recent stay was a pleasant surprise i got upgraded to the premium suite upon arrival i found the suite spacious with modern decor the hotel is close to many restaurants i appreciated its proximity to the airport and metro station too.

the premium suite included a large living area with comfortable seating it also included a separate bedroom the bathroom featured premium toiletries and a powerful shower system i appreciated the ample space.

the hotel staff were cute and helpful throughout my stay they quickly addressed any questions i had the check-in process was generally smooth, barring the initial suite mix-up i encountered everyone was professional.

the hotel provided convenient shuttle services to popular destinations. i used the service to visit la mer beach and dubai festival city and found it very efficient. the airport pick-up and drop-off from terminals 1 and 3 made my travel seamless and stress-free. the staff was helpful in arranging these transportation options for me.

sometimes it did not work so i had to get my room card replaced.

Good spot near the Airport

It was easy to go to the airport. Staff smiles at me, it was nice. The room felt big. The bed was soft. Breakfast was okay. I choose what I want. Mr Hamza and his team welcome me good. They accommodate me well.

I asked for taxi, desk sent me to the hotel driver. He did not give the right price. I feel cheated.
